Whether you’ve filled up with the wrong fuel or lost your keys, we’ve got you covered. Our 24-hour claims helpline is available 365 days a year to help you when you need us most.

  • Misfuelling cover: We‘ll pay up to £250 to repair any loss or damage from filling your car with the wrong fuel, provided that it has not been caused over a period of time.
  • Key protect: Avoid the dreaded feeling when your insured keys are accidentally lost, stolen or damaged. If this happen to you, we'll pay for:
    • Locksmith fees, new locks and replacement keys up to £1,500
    • Onward transport costs for up to three days, with daily costs up to £75
    • Rental vehicle costs for up to three days, with daily costs up to £40
    • Accommodation costs of up to £120 if you can’t get into your home

Protection from life's bumps in the road

  • Uninsured Driver Benefit: You'll keep your No Claim Discount and won't have to pay an excess if you have an accident that's not your fault and the driver of the other vehicle isn't insured.
  • Vandalism Promise: If your car is vandalised and the damage is not caused by another vehicle, you won’t lose your No Claim Discount.
  • Windscreen Replacement and Repair: If your windscreen and/or windows need to be replaced or repaired, you’ll keep your No Claim Discount with a valid claim. This includes bodywork scratches caused by broken glass from your car.

For those adventures away from home

  • European Union and European Economic Area cover: Complimentary comprehensive cover for up to three days when driving in the EU. Decide to stay longer? You‘ll have the option to extend to 90 days for an additional premium. 


Go the extra mile with our additional options

  • Breakdown cover: Add breakdown cover to avoid being stranded if your car breaks down. We offer three levels of cover. Choices range from roadside help and transportation to get you to your destination; through to assistance on your doorstep and across Europe. 
  • Other optional extras include Legal Expenses and Enhanced Courtesy Car Cover.
